Dualchemy respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights. The data controller is HBB Marketing (SASU), 32 rue de Lourmel, 75015 Paris, France, reachable at dualchemy@hbbmmkt.com.

Data we collect

Birth details you enter (first/last name, date, time and place of birth for both people) — used solely to calculate your compatibility report.
Payment data — collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical & usage data — anonymous browsing data and cookies (see below) for measurement and advertising.

Why we use it (legal bases)

To provide the report you request and process your payment (performance of a contract).
To measure and improve our advertising, via the Meta Pixel (your consent).

Cookies & the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. It places cookies and shares some browsing events with Meta. You can manage or refuse these cookies via your browser settings, and adjust your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account.

Who we share data with

Stripe — payment processing (privacy).
Fly.io — website hosting.
Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (Pixel).

Some of these providers are based in the United States; data may therefore be transferred outside the EU, under the safeguards offered by these providers.

How long we keep it

Birth details and generated reports are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Payment records are kept by Stripe as required by law (accounting obligations).

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its use, by writing to dualchemy@hbbmmkt.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
